Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya perusahaan dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja perusahaan di PT Cibaliung Sumberdaya. Variabel eksogen yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel budaya perusahaan dan gaya kepemimpinan. Sedangkan kinerja perusahaan menjadi variabel endogen. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan menggunakan sampel purposive dengan total sampel 200 (dua ratus) karyawan PT Cibaliung Sumberdaya di Pandeglang, Banten. Dari hasil pengolahan data, didapatkan variabel gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja perusahaan, sedangkan budaya perusahaan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, untuk dapat terus meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan, perusahaan fokus pada gaya kepemimpinan terutama pada dimensi autokrasi dan meningkatkan pemahaman dan implementasi budaya perusahaan oleh para karyawan khususnya pada dimensi orientasi hasil. Kata kunci : budaya perusahaan, gaya kepemimpinan, kinerja perusahaan. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of corporate culture and leadership style and its impact on the company performance at PT Cibaliung Sumberdaya in Pandeglang, Banten. The exogenous variables were examined in this study are the variable corporate culture and leadership style.While company performance was an endogenous variable. Primary data were collected by using questioner. Using purposive sampling, total 200 (two hundred) samples were obtained from the employees of PT Cibaliung Sumberdaya in Pandeglang, Banten. From the results of the data processing, the leadersip style is significantly influence to company performance variable, while the corporate culture variable is not significantly influence to company performance. The conclusion of this research, in order to influence company performance, company should focus on leadership style, especially in the dimension of autocracy leadership style and improving the understanding and implementation of corporate culture by employees in particular on the dimensions of outcome orientation.
