Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on the performance of teachers. The method used is the method of census. The population of this study were all teachers in SMA Negeri 6 Kota Tangerang by 70 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire instrument. The validity of the items tested items with person product moment correlation, while the reliability coefficient was tested with Cronbach alpha formula. Simultaneously there is a significant positive effect with job satisfaction and work motivation of teachers' work plan. Multiple correlation analysis showed a strong relationship occurs between the variables of work motivation of teachers working with a variable plan. While the correlation between the dimensions of the variables show together going strong relationships within the work environment dimensions of job satisfaction variables and dimensions need to be affiliated in variable dimensions of motivation to work towards the evaluation of learning in the work plan of the teacher variable. Key words: Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation, Teacher Performance. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode sensus. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah semua guru di SMA Negeri 6 Kota Tangerang sebanyak 70 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Validitas butir item diuji dengan korelasi product moment person, sedangkan koefisien reliabilitas diuji dengan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh bersama positif signifikan kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap rencana kerja guru. Analisis korelasi berganda menunjukan hubungan yang kuat terjadi antar variabel motivasi kerja dengan variabel rencana kerja guru. Sedangkan korelasi antar dimensi dalam variabel menunjukkan secara bersama­sama terjadi hubungan yang kuat dimensi lingkungan kerja dalam variabel kepuasan kerja dan dimensi kebutuhan akan berafiliasi dalam variabel motivasi kerja terhadap dimensi evaluasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran dalam variabel rencana kerja guru.
