Abstract
ABSTRAK Di era industri 4.0 ataupun biasa di sebut "Pabrik Cerdas" banyak perusahaan membuat pabriknya dengan menggunakan konsep otomasi dan juga digitalisasi. Hal ini juga berdampak pada perusahaan percetakan yang dimana mengalami penurunan sekitar 8% – 15%. Oleh sebab itu banyak perusahaan melakukan kegiatan Improvement dan Innovation untuk terus dapat bersaing. Dalam pembuatan Improvement dan Innovation ada proses verifikasi yang perlu dilakukan. Waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam proses verifikasi yaitu sekitar 39 menit dan produktivitasnya sebesar 42,97%. Hal ini membuat proses Improvement dan Innovation tidak berjalan secara efisien dan berdampak pada proses verifikasi lama sehingga Innovation Report menumpuk. Dengan melakukan analisa menggunakan metode DMAIC terjadi pengurangan elemen pada proses verifikasi yaitu elemen “Mencari paper Improvement sesuai dengan judul di Excel” sehingga masalah pada proses verifikasi ini dapat terlesaikan dengan waktu verifikasi menjadi 15.61 menit dan produktivitas meningkat menjadi 86%. Kata Kunci : Metode Six sigma; DMAIC; Produktivitas; Improvement ABSTRACT In the industrial era 4.0 or commonly referred to as "smart factories" many companies built factories using the concept of automation and also digitalization. This also had an impact on printing companies which experienced a decline of around 8% - 15%. Therefore, many companies conduct Improvement and Innovation activities to continue to be competitive. In making Improvement and Innovation there is a verification process that needs to be done. The time needed in the verification process is around 39 minutes and the productivity is 42.97%. This makes the process of Improvement and Innovation not run efficiently and has an impact on the old verification process so that Innovation Reports accumulate. By analyzing using the DMAIC method, there is a reduction in the verification process, namely the element "Looking for Paper Improvement by following the title in Excel" so that problems in the verification process can be resolved with verification time to 15.61 minutes and productivity increases to 86%.
