Abstract
ABSTRAK Perusahaan yang memproduksi berbagai macam komponen automotif antara lain: cam shaft, clutch piston, primary gear, starting gear, outer clutch, idle shaft, dan timing sprocket yang biasa di gunakan untuk kendaraan bermotor, yang berada di Bekasi, Jawa Barat. Salah satu komponen sparepart yang diproduksi adalah primary gear spur, roda gigi ini memiliki profil gigi berbentuk lurus. Berfungsi untuk memindah putaran atau gaya dari poros yang sejajar dan memindahkan gaya atau beban yang berat. Contohnya pada gearbox mobil, roda gigi penggerak katup pada mesin motor.Terdapat suatu Masalah yang yang terjadi pada proses produksi ketika dalam proses pengpressan di departemen Forging. Pada proses pengepresaan terdapat beberapa jenis defect yang diluar standar toleransi yang di berikan perusahaan yaitu 0,5% dari produksi. Keadaan ini dapat berakibat pada meningkatnya biaya produksi dan penurunan kualitas produk yang mengakibatkan claim customer. Dalam proses pengpressan part mengalami cacat sebanyak 996 dari total produksi tahun 2019 yaitu 70.785. Untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas, peneliti menggunakan metode six sigma yaitu metode DMAIC yang terdiri dari lima tahap dan merupakan singkatan dari masing masing tahapan yaitu define, measure, analyze, improve, dan control. Persentase jenis defect ketsuniku sebesar 45%, dengan nilai DPMO 2944,7 dan tingkatan sigma rata-rata 4,29 Tingkat sigma tersebut sudah cukup baik namun tetap harus di tingkat untuk level sigma sehingga dapat mengurangi cacat produk dan dapat menaikan produktivitas produksi. Hasil FMEA bentuk cetakan/dies ke 2 tidak persisi sehingga material mudah bergeser saat di press,memiliki nilai RPN 448. One component of the spare parts produced is the primary gear spur, this gear has a straight tooth profile. Serves to move the rotation/ force from a parallel shaft and move the force/heavy load. For example in the car gearbox, the valve driving gear on the motor engine. There is a problem that occurs in the production process when in the process of pressing in the Forging department. In the pressing process, there are several types of defects that are outside the tolerance standard given by the company, namely, 0.5% of production. This situation can result in increased production costs and decreased product quality resulting in customer claims. In the process of pressing the parts suffered 996 defects out of the total production in 2019 which was 70,785. To improve and improve quality, researchers used the Six Sigma method, namely the DMAIC method which consists of five stages and is an abbreviation of the abbreviations of each stage, namely define, measure, analyze, improve, and control. Percentage of my deficiency is 45%, with a DPMO value of 2944.7 and an average sigma level of 4.29 The sigma level is good enough, but it must be at the level for the sigma level so as to reduce product defects and increase production productivity.
