Abstract

Bogor is a region of West Java. Bogor has now become one of the tourist destinations in Indonesia that is on the rise among local and foreign tourists. Not infrequently tourists who travel with a complete family. The desire of tourists to stay resting in a place not far from tourist attractions. Aston Bogor Hotel offers a place to stay that is very affordable for tourists. Apart from being located not far from the city center, Aston Bogor Hotel is also surrounded by tourist attractions such as The Jungle Water Park and The Voyage. Because the Aston Hotel is not so far from the city center, tourists can easily access the shopping center. Aston Bogor Hotel also offers hotels with Condotel types so that tourists who bring families can stay in one room without being separated. Not only Hotels with Condotel types, Aston Hotels also offer ordinary Hotel room spaces such as Superior and Deluxe. The purpose of this design is to get a building design that provides comfortable lodging facilities for tourists who bring family or not or someone with a business trip. And can apply the Local concept so that tourists can get to know the Bogor area more. Bogor saat ini telah menjadi salah satu destinasi wisata di Indonesia yang sedang naik daun dikalangan wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara. Tak jarang wisatawan yang berpergian dengan keluarga lengkap. Keinginan wisatawan untuk menginap beristirahat di tempat yang tak jauh dari tempat wisata. Hotel Aston Bogor menawarkan tempat menginap yang sangat terjangkau oleh wisatawan. Selain karena tempatnya yang tidak jauh dari pusat kota, Hotel Aston Bogor juga di kelilingi oleh tempat wisata seperti The Jungle Water Park dan The Voyage. Dikarenakan Hotel Aston tidak begitu jauh dengan pusat kota, wisatawan dapat dengan mudah mengakses ke tempat pusat perbelanjaan. Hotel Aston Bogor juga menawarkan hotel dengan jenis Condotel agar wisatawan yang membawa keluarga dapat tinggal di satu ruangan tanpa terpisah. Tidak hanya Hotel dengan jenis Condotel, Hotel Aston juga menawarkan ruang kamar Hotel yang biasa seperti Superior dan Deluxe. . Tujuan dari perancangan ini adalah mendapatkan desain bangunan yang menyediakan fasilitas penginapan nyaman bagi wisatawan yang membawa keluarga maupun tidak ataupun sesorang dengan perjalanan bisnisnya.
