Abstract

PT Panarub Dwikarya is the shoes manufacturer in Tangerang that produces Mizuno and Specs brand. Many competitors in the shoes industry enforce the company to improve all aspects; one of them is to improve the problem of low productivity achievement in Mizuno production line. This study aims to know the productivity measurement method by using Objective matrix, and to do analysis of productivity criteria that dominantly contribute to the low productivity in Mizuno production line. This research method was using Objective Matrix (OMAX), Pareto diagram, Fishbone diagram, and 5W1H. Base on the result, it was identified that the highest productivity performance indicator was happened in August 2018 and the lowest productivity performance indicator was happened in March 2018. While for productivity index, the lowest productivity index was happened in March 2018 and the highest productivity index was happened in April 2018. Criteria that dominantly contributed to the decreased productivity in Mizuno production line was on criteria 1 (utilization of material usage), criteria 6 (number of loss output / down time), and criteria 2 (labor utilization), therefore the focus for improvement in this research was to prioritize these criteria to gain increased productivity in Mizuno production line. Key Words : Productivity, Objective Matrix, Pareto diagram, Fishbone diagram, 5W1H method PT Panarub Dwikarya berlokasi di Tangerang adalah industri manufaktur sepatu olahraga dengan merek Mizuno dan Specs. Cukup banyaknya perusahaan kompetititor menuntut perusahaan untuk terus memperbaiki semua aspek yang ada di perusahaan, salah satunya adalah masalah rendahnya tingkat produktivitas yang dicapai oleh bagian produksi di line Mizuno. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui cara mengukur produktivitas produksi sepatu dengan menggunakan metode Objective matrix, dan menganalisis kriteria produktivitas yang dominan menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan produktivitas di bagian produksi line Mizuno. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Objective Matrix (OMAX), Pareto diagram, Fishbone diagram, dan 5W1H. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, didapatkan hasil nilai indikator performansi tertinggi terjadi di bulan Agustus 2018 dan nilai performansi terendah sdi bulan Maret 2018, sedangkan pencapaian indeks produktivitas paling rendah selama periode pengukuran terjadi di bulan Maret 2018 dan indeks produktivitas tertinggi terjadi di bulan April 2018. Kriteria yang dominan menyebabkan penurunan produktivitas di bagian produksi line Mizuno adalah Kriteria 1 (utilitas pemakaian bahan baku), kriteria 6 (Jumlah loss output /down time), dan kriteria 2 (Utilitas tenaga kerja), maka fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah memprioritaskan terhadap ketiga kriteria yang bernilai kritis tersebut untuk dilakukan upaya perbaikan guna peningkatan produktivitas di bagian produksi line Mizuno.
