Abstract

ABSTRAK. Pencapaian efektivitas mesin blistering pada bulan Oktober sampai Desember 2019 sebesar 79,86% berada dibawah target pencapaian perusahaan sebesar 85%. Tidak tercapainya efektivitas mesin blistering dikarenakan adanya kejadian Downtime Losses pada bulan Oktober sampai Desember 2019. Kejadian Perbaikan Pocket tidak terbentuk selama 1710 menit atau 60% dari total Downtime losses menjadi kejadian paling berpengaruh dari tidak tercapainya efektivitas mesin blistering dan kondisi yang mengalami masalah adalah pada faktor mesin, metode dan material. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan analisa faktor penyebab yang mempengaruhi tidak tercapainya nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) dan melakukan perbaikan terhadap proses mesin blistering untuk meningkatkan pencapaian nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) masuk target pencapaian perusahaan dan nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) kelas dunia. Perbaikan dilakukan dengan melakukan analisa Six Big Losses dan Plan, Do, Check dan Action (PDCA). Nilai rata-rata Availability Ratio sebelum perbaikan adalah 80,97% menjadi 96,19% setelah perbaikan. Sehingga mempengaruhi tercapainya rata-rata nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) menjadi 95,18% pada bulan April sampai dengan Juni 2020 sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan dan OEE kelas dunia. The effectiveness of blistering machine from October to December 2019 was 79.86%, below the company's target achievement of 85%. The failure to achieve the effectiveness of the blistering machine due to the Downtime Losses incident from October to December 2019. The problem is the machine, method and material factors. Based on this background, the purpose of this study is to analyze the causal factors that affect the achievement of the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value and make improvements to the blistering machine process to increase the achievement of the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value in the company's target achievement and Overall Equipment value. World class effectiveness (OEE). Improvements are made by analyzing Six Big Losses and Plan, Do, Check and Action (PDCA). The average value of Availability Ratio before improvement was 80.97% to 96.19% after the Improvement. So that it affects the achievement of an average Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value to 95.18% from April to June 2020 in accordance with the standards set by the company and world-class OEE.
