Abstract

Increasing population and industry, the need for electricity supply in Indonesia, especially DKI Jakarta Province, is greater so that the government provides electricity supply to the community in the form of an electricity source system using the tower construction of Extra High Voltage Airways (SUTET) and High Voltage Airways (SUTT) because they are easy to do well in areas far from the highway or in urban areas and relatively cheaper prices. Skeletal structure analysis using MS.Tower V.6 software where the load acting on this tower structure is wind load, dead load in the form of the tower's own weight with galvanized material, insulator weight and cable weight. The purpose of this plan is the efficiency of land use for the tower site to be built because the construction itself is located in the Duri Kosambi area, Cengkareng, West Jakarta City, the Special Capital Region of Jakarta, where the area is densely populated by residential residents. With this planning analysis, the model shows that the structure of the tower of extra-high air ducts with a cable span spacing of 350 meters meets the requirements based on the Standar Perusahaan Listrik Negara (SPLN). The results of slim modeling are more efficient in terms of tower weight and shorter tower leg spacing. The distance between the legs (leg) slim tower type is 10 meters while the distance between the legs (leg) conventional tower type is 31 meters, the weight of the slim tower type is 11% lighter than the conventional tower type weight. Keywords: SUTET Tower, Steel, MS Tower V.6 Semakin bertambahnya penduduk dan industri maka kebutuhan pasokan listrik di Indonesia khususnya Provinsi DKI Jakarta semakin besar sehingga pemerintah memberikan pasokan listrik kepada masyarakat berupa sistem sumber listrik menggunakan konstruksi tower Saluran Udara Tegangan Ekstra Tinggi (SUTET) dan Saluran Udara Tegangan Tinggi (SUTT) karena mudah dikerjakan baik didaerah yang jauh dari jalan raya maupun didaerah perkotaan serta harga yang relatif lebih murah. Analisa struktur rangka menggunakan perangkat lunak MS.Tower V.6 dimana beban yang bekerja pada struktur tower ini adalah beban angin, beban mati yang berupa berat sendiri tower dengan material galvanis, berat insulator dan berat kabel. Tujuan dari perencanaan ini adalah efisiensi pemakaian lahan untuk tapak tower yang akan dibangun karena pembangunan itu sendiri berada didaerah Duri Kosambi, Cengkareng, Kota Jakarta Barat, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta, dimana didaerah tersebut padat perumahan hunian warga. Dengan analisis perencanaan ini memperlihatkan untuk model struktur tower saluran udara ekstra tinggi dengan bentang kabel berjarak 350 meter memenuhi persyaratan berdasarkan Standar Perusahaan Listrik Negara (SPLN). Hasil dari permodelan slim didapat hasil yang lebih efisien dari sisi berat tower dan jarak antar kaki tower (leg) lebih pendek. Jarak antara kaki (leg) type tower slim adalah 10 meter sedang jarak antara kaki (leg) type tower konvensional adalah 31 meter, berat type tower slim lebih ringan 11% dari berat type tower konvensional.
