Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with the greatest tectonic earthquake potential where Indonesia's geological location is located on four main plates. In addition, the problem of land limitation also takes part in problems that occur in Indonesia, one of which is the City of Jakarta. Vertical building construction is very vulnerable to the danger of lateral loads such as wind and earthquake loads. To overcome this problem several elements of the building must be designed so that they can withstand the lateral load that occurs. The main building elements that must be planned for earthquake loads include Beams, Columns and Sliding Walls. The outrigger system works when subjected to lateral loads, the outer column connected by the outrigger beam holds rotation in the core column, causing lateral deviations and the moment in the core column to be smaller (Nanduri, Suresh, and Hussain 2013). In modeling using ETABS V9 software. Modeling was carried out using standards namely SNI 1726: 2012, SNI 1727: 2013, and SNI 2847: 2013. Concrete quality for beams, plates is 40 MPa and for columns, shearwall, outriggers is 45 MPa. In modeling using a dual system, the earthquake resistance requirements have been met with a period of Tx = 1,938 seconds and Ty = 2,530 seconds, while the outrigger has fulfilled the earthquake resistance requirements by providing outrigger elements on the 11th and 22nd floors with the vibration period obtained. Tx = 1,861 seconds and Ty = 2,499 seconds. Checking the ability to withstand the shear forces of the dual system structure on the frame holds 44.61% in the X direction and 34.38% in the Y direction while in the shearwall 26.5% in the X direction and 32.45% in the Y direction. In the outrigger system at the frame holds 40.26% in the X direction and 37.53% in the Y direction while in the shearwall 59.74% in the X direction and 62.47% in the Y direction. The deviation and p-delta checks have both been fulfilled. In the reinforcement of beams reviewed with the same dimensions in both systems, namely 600x1200 the number of main reinforcement and shear in the outrigger system is less than in the dual system. In column reinforcement, the dimensions of the reduced column in the dual system are obtained 1800x1800 and in the outrigger system 1000x1000 with the number of reinforcement reinforced with the use of the outrigger system. In shearwall reinforcement the same amount of reinforcement is obtained, but in the dual system does not require special boundary elements in the outrigger system using special boundary elements. In beam coupling used regular beam reinforcement without diagonal reinforcement with the same amount of reinforcement. So that it can be concluded with the use of outrigger system can reduce the dimensions and the number of reinforcement in structural elements while still meeting the safety and comfort of the building. Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara dengan potensi gempa tektonik terbesar dimana letak geologi Indonesia terletak pada empat lempeng utama. Selain itu permasalahan keterbatsan lahan juga ikut ambil dalam masalah yang terjadi di Indonesia salah satunya Kota Jakarta. Pembangunan gedung secara vertical sangat rentan terhadap bahaya beban lateral seperti beban angin dan gempa. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut beberapa elemen dari gedung harus dirancang sehingga mampu menahan beban lateral yang terjadi. Elemen utama gedung yang harus direncanakan terhadap beban gempa antara lain Balok, Kolom dan Dinding Geser. Sistem outrigger bekerja ketika dikenai beban lateral, kolom luar yang terhubung balok outrigger menahan rotasi pada kolom inti, menyebabkan simpangan lateral dan momen pada kolom inti menjadi lebih kecil (Nanduri, Suresh, dan Hussain 2013). Dalam pemodelan menggunakan perangkat lunak ETABS V9. Pemodelan dilakukan dengan menggunakan standart yaitu SNI 1726:2012, SNI 1727:2013,dan SNI 2847:2013.Mutu beton untuk balok, pelat adalah 40 MPa dan untuk kolom, shearwall, outrigger adalah 45 MPa. Pada pemodelan menggunakan dual system telah memenuhi syarat – syarat ketahan gempa dengan periode Tx =1,938 detik dan Ty = 2,530 detik , sedangkan pada outrigger telah memenuhi syarat – syarat ketahanan gempa dengan memberikan element outrigger pada lantai 11 dan lantai 22 dengan periode getar yang didapat adalag Tx = 1,861 detik dan Ty = 2,499 detik. Pengecekan terhadap kemampuan menahan gaya geser struktur dual system pada frame menahan 44,61% pada arah X dan 34,38% pada arah Y sedangkan pada shearwall 26,5% pada arah X dan 32,45% pada arah Y. Pada outrigger system pada frame menahan 40,26% pada arah X dan 37,53% pada arah Y sedangkan pada shearwall 59,74% pada arah X dan 62,47% pada arah Y. Pada pengecekan simpangan dan p-delta keduanya telah memenuhi. Pada penulangan balok yang ditinjau dengan dimensi yang sama pada kedua sistem yaitu 600x1200 jumlah tulangan utama dan geser pada outrigger system lebih sedikit dari pada dual system. Pada penulangan kolom yang ditinjau dimensi kolom tereduksi pada dual system didapat 1800x1800 dan pada outrigger system 1000x1000 dengan jumlah tulangan terduksi dengan penggunaan outrigger system. Pada penulangan shearwall jumlah tulangan yang didapat sama namun pada dual system tidak memerlukan special boundary element pada outrigger system memakai special boundary element. Pada coupling beam digunakan penulangan balok biasa tanpa tulangan diagonal dengan jumlah tulangan yang sama. Sehingga bisa disimpuulkan dengan penggunaan outrigger system dapat mereduksi dimensi dan jumlah tulangan pada element struktur dengan tetap memenuhi keamanan dan kenyamanan gedung.
