Abstract
ABSTRAK PT Evonik Sumi Asih merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi bahan kimia. Secara umum produk dari PT Evonik Sumi Asih tergolong dalam bahan surfactan. Dengan jumlah karyawan 78 orang harus memenuhi target penjualan agar bisnis berjalan lancar sesuai yang diharapkan. Pihak perusahaan mengeluarkan kebijakan target penjualan rata rata setiap bulan adalah 1700 ton. Selain itu, pihak perusahaan juga membatasi jumlah overtime operator produksi, tetapi setelah berjalanya aturan tersebut terdapat masalah jika salah satu shift grup berhalangan hadir, sedang mengikuti training atau sakit sehingga tidak bisa masuk kerja, dengan demikian jumlah operator produksi berkurang. Dengan berkurangnya jumlah operator produksi, maka beban kerja atau workload dibebankan kepada operator produksi yang bekerja. Maka perlu diketahui seberapa besar beban kerja fisik dan mental yang di rasakan oleh operator produksi di PT Evonik Sumi Asih. Untuk mengetahui beban kerja yang dialami, maka dilakukan pengukuran menggunakn metode CVL (Cardivascular Load) dan NASA TLX (National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index). Pengukuran bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasi beban kerja fisik dan mental yang dialami oleh operator produksi di PT ESA. Dari hasil pengukuran di dapatkan hasil bahwa beban kerja mental yang dirasakan oleh operator sebanyak 19 operator mengalami beban mental yang tinggi, dari hasil analisa terdapat indikator KF dan P yang sangat mempengaruhi beban kerja mental. Dari hasil pengukuran beban kerja fisik didapatkan hasil bahwa 75 % dari jumlah operator dikatagorikan sebagai beban kerja diperlukan perbaikan dan 25 % dalam katagori yang aman. Berdasarkan angka kecukupan gizi di Indonesia, jumlah konsumsi energi untuk bekerja melebihi batas standar, sehingga belum cukup aman bagi kesehatan operator apabila hanya memenuhi gizinya saja. In general, products from PT Evonik Sumi Asih are classified as material surfactant. With 78 employees, it must meet sales targets so that the business runs smoothly as expected. The company issued a policy of average sales targets each month is 1700 tons. In addition, the company also limits the amount of production operator overtime, but after the passage of the rule there is a problem if one shift group is unable to attend, is attending training or is sick so that it cannot come to work, thereby reducing the number of production operators. With the reduced number of production operators, the workload is charged to the working production operators. So it is necessary to know how much physical and mental workload felt by the production operator at PT Evonik Sumi Asih. To determine the workload experienced, measurements were taken using the CVL (Cardivascular Load) and NASA TLX (National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index) methods. The measurement aims to identify the physical and mental workload experienced by production operators at PT ESA. From the measurement results obtained that the mental workload perceived by the operator as many as 19 operators experienced a high mental load, from the analysis there are indicators KF and P which greatly affect the mental workload. From the measurement results of physical workloads, it was found that 75 % of the total operators were categorized as workloads and needed repair and the remaining 25 % in safe categories. Based on the nutritional adequacy rate in Indonesia, the amount of energy consumption for work exceeds the standard limit, so it is not yet safe enough for the health of the operator if it only meets its nutritional value.
