Abstract

CORELATION BETWEEN PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT (POS) AND EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT (EE) IN PT. X Sofiana Universitas Mercu Buana Jl. Raya Kranggan Jati Sampurna No.6 Bekasi ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the corelation between perceived organizational support and employee engagement in PT. X. This study uses a quantitative approach. Subjects in this study were the employee in PT. X. Sampling method using cluster sampling. The number of samples in this study is 36 respondents. The measurement in this study used the perceived organizational support scale and employee engagement scale. Data analysis techniques in this study are the correlational test and normality test. Raya Kranggan Jati Sampurna No.6 Bekasi ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara perceived organizational support dan employee engagement di PT. X. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT. X. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan Cluster Sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 36 responden. Pengukuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala perceived organizational support dan skala employee engagement. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah uji korelasi dan uji normalitas. Kata Kunci: perceived organizational support, employee engagement
