Abstract
In every industry, the development of technology, particularly information technology, is accelerating. One of them is the Indonesian banking industry, which needs to improve its systems and facilities. To that end, Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) enhances transaction services via mobile banking.The purpose of this study is to determine customer intention to use mobile banking based on perceived usefulness, perceived easy of use, security. This study focuses on all BNI customers in Jakarta who have never used mobile banking. A quantitative descriptive approach was used to conduct this research on 100 respondents. SPSS Version 2.6 was used to collect and process the data. According to the findings of this study, customer perceived usefulness, perceived easy of use, security have a significant impact on their interest in using mobile banking. Meanwhile, the need to moderate transactions has a significant impact on the usefulness, easy of use, and security of mobile banking. Keywords: Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Easy Of Use, Security, Intention To Use Mobile Banking Perkembangan teknologi, khususnya teknologi informasi berkembang dengan cepat di setiap industri. Salah satunya industri perbankan di Indonesia yang harus meningkatkan sistem dan fasilitasnya. Untuk itu, Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) meningkatkan pelayanan transaksi melalui fasilitas mobile banking. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat penggunaan mobile banking yang dilihat dari persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan, dan keamanan melalui minat nasabah dalam menggunakan mobile banking tersebut. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah BNI yang belum menggunakan mobile banking yang berlokasi di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dan diolah menggunakan metode SPSS versi 2.6. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kegunaan, kemudahan dan keamanan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat nasabah dalam menggunakan mobile banking. Sementara itu kebutuhan transaksi momoderasi secara signifikan pengaruh kegunaan, kemudahan dan keamanan terhadap minat menggunakan mobile banking.
