Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of asset growth, capital structure and profitability on firm value. The object of this research is the telecommunications sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2010-2017, which amounted to 4 (four) companies. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The method used in this study is panel data regression analysis and it was found that the more appropriate model used is the Common Effect. From the results of the study, the Adjusted R-square value is 0.750000 or 75%. Partially (t test) shows that the Asset Growth variable (Growth Asset) has a positive and significant effect on Firm Value, the Debt to Equity (DER) variable has a negative and significant effect on Firm Value, and the Return on Assets (ROA) variable has a positive and significant effect towards Firm Value. Simultaneous test results (Test F) show that the independent variables namely, Asset Growth (Growth Asset), Debt to Equity (DER), Return on Assets (ROA) together have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Firm Value. Keywords: Asset Growth, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA) and Firm Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pertumbuhan aset, struktur modal dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2010-2017 yang berjumlah 4 (empat) Perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel dan didapatkan bahwa model yang lebih tepat digunakan adalah Common Effect. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai Adjusted R-square sebesar 0.750000 atau 75%. Secara parsial (Uji t) menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pertumbuhan Aset (Growth Asset) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, variabel Debt to Equity (DER) berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, dan variabel Return on Asset (ROA) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Hasil pengujian secara simultan (Uji F) menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yaitu, Pertumbuhan Aset (Growth Asset), Debt to Equity (DER), Return on Asset (ROA) secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu Nilai Perusahaan. Kata kunci: Pertumbuhan Aset (Growth Asset), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Asset (ROA) dan Nilai Perusahaan.
