Abstract
On multi-storey building, its shear wall act as sub-system which design to resist the shear load while giving additional stiffness for the building. Gunawan et al. (2019) have done a research to 10-storey building with 12 core wall models as its stiffener system which added with opening. The result shown a weakening to its structure stiffness as the impact of applied opening to the shear wall. This study start from October 2019 – January 2020, within that time interval, the writer conduct an analysis to 30-storey bulidng with variation of location and shear wall opening using ETABS 2013 application. The metodh that has been used that is dynamic analysis response spectrum. To be expected from this anaylsis is able to find out the absorption ability of each model. From the analysis that has been done, showing the value of shear load absorption which gradually decreases with the increasing of opening percentage that has been applied. In 40% opening model, the decreases of absorption reach rate around 11.2 % compared to non-opening model (0% of opening). On the shear wall with increasing percentage of opening will impact the decreasing rate of structure stiffness, marked from the story drift that also increase. It is known from analysis carried out that assignation shear wall to location 2 (shear wall placed in the center of the building is the best to give additional stiffness, whereas shear wall location 1 and 3 (shear wall placed to the building perimeter) assignation is the most eoptimum in absorbing shear load X and Y directions. Key words : Shear wall, Opening, Absorption, Stiffness Pada bangunan berlantai-banyak, dinding geser berperan sebagai sub-sistem yang dirancang untuk menahan gaya geser sekaligus memberikan kekakuan tambahan pada gedung. Gunawan et al. (2019) melakukan penelitian terhadap bangunan 10 lantai dengan sistem pengaku berupa core wall sebanyak 12 model yang ditambahkan bukaan. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut menyatakan bahwa terjadi pelemahan terhadap kekakuan struktur akibat bukaan yang diberikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan sejak Oktober 2019 – Janurai 2020, dalam selang waktu tersebut, penulis melakukan analisis terhadap bangunan 30 lantai dengan kombinasi ragam penempatan dan variasi bukaan dinding geser menggunakan aplikasi ETABS 2013. Metode yang digunakan yaitu analisis dinamis respon spektra. Diharapkan dari kajian ini adalah dapat mengetahui kemampuan daya serap dari masing-masing model. Dari analisis yang telah dilakukan, menunjukan nilai daya serap gaya geser yang semakin berkurang seiring dengan bertambah besarnya persentase bukaan yang diberikan. Pada model dengan bukaan 40%, pengurangan daya serap yang terjadi adalah berkisar 11.2% terhadap model tanpa bukaan (bukaan 0%). Pada dinding geser dengan persentase bukaan yang semakin membesar akan mengakibatkan berkurangnya sifat kekakuan milik struktur, ditandai dari nilai simpangan antar lantai (drift) yang juga kian membesar. Diketahui dari analisis yang dilakukan bahwa penempatan dinding geser lokasi 2 (dinding geser terletak di tengah bangunan) adalah yang paling baik dalam memberikan kekakuan tambahan, sedangkan penempatan dinding geser lokasi 1 dan 3 (dinding geser terletak pada perimeter bangunan) adalah yang paling optimum dalam menyerap gaya geser arah X dan Y.
