Abstract
This study aimed to find: (1) effect of motivation on teacher performance (2) effect of discipline on teacher performance and (3) effect of motivation and discipline on teacher performance remained at LPI (Lembaga Pendidikan Islam) Nur Hikmah Bekasi. The population in this study are teachers amounted 80 teachers, while the use 65 samples in counted with Slovin method. Methods of collecting primary data in the form of a questionnaire using Likert scale and interview. Validity and reliability testing using the test Pearson product moment and statistic Cronbach Alpha. Analytical methods to answer hypotheses using multiple linear regression. Based on data analysis and discussion the result of this study can be concluded, there are positive and significance effects: (1) motivation on teacher performance (2) discipline on teacher performance and (3) motivation and discipline simultaneously on teacher performance at LPI Nur Hikmah Bekasi. The highest inter-dimensional correlation is the dimension of adherence to the standard on the discipline variable to the implementation of learning on teacher performance variables. A good quality of learning will be achieved if the teacher is consistently disciplined to the standards set by management. Keywords: work motivation, discipline, teacher performance, LPI Nur Hikmah Bekasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Guru, (2) Pengaruh Disiplin terhadap Kinerja Guru dan (3) Pengaruh Motivasi dan Disiplin secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Guru LPI Nur Hikmah Bekasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah guru di LPI Nur Hikmah Bekasi berjumlah 80 guru, penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus yang dikembangkan oleh Slovin yang berjumlah 65 guru. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data primer berupa kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan uji Pearson Product Moment dan statistik Cronbach Alpha. Metode analisis untuk menjawab hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan analisa data hasil penelitian dan pembahasannya dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara (1) motivasi dan disiplin secara bersama terhadap kinerja guru. (2) motivasi terhadap kinerja guru, dan (3) disiplin terhadap kinerja guru. Korelasi antar dimensi yang paling tinggi yaitu dimensi ketaatan pada standar pada variabel disiplin terhadap dimensi pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada variabel kinerja guru. Kualitas pembelajaran yang baik akan tercapai jika guru secara konsisten bersikap disiplin terhadap standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh manajemen.
