Abstract

ABSTRAK Persimpangan JL.Raya TPU Pondok Ranggon –Jl.Ganceng – Jl.Peternakan Sapi adalah salah satu persimpangan yang selalu ramai karena melayani arus lalu lintas yang cukup tinggi, karena merupakan persimpangan yang terletak ditengah pusat kota jakarta dan sangat sering terjadi kemacetan dan antrian panjang. Kondisi ini terjadi pada jam –jam sibuk di pagi,siang,dan sore hari. Pengumpulan data hari minggu 28 april, selasa 30 april dan kamis 02 mei 2019. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kondisi eksisting mengenal kinerja simpang Jl.Raya TPU Pondok Ranggon – Jl.Ganceng – Jl.Peternakan Sapi menunjukan bahwa derajat Kejenuhan (DS) rata-rata simpang telah melebihi nilai nilai 0,75 selama 2/3 hari di siang hari. Dan DS tertinggi terjadi disekitar pukul 16.00 – 17.00 1,89 dengan nilai kapasitas (C) sebesar 2125,44 smp/jam, tundaan simpang 20,73 det/smp dan peluang terjadi antrian (QP) sebesar 163 % - 369 %. Berarti sudah terjadi antrian kendaraan dipersimpangan saat ini.. Volume jam puncak diambil sebagai volume rencana yang dihitung dengan mengalihkan faktor K pada nilai LHR dan ditetapkan sebagai dasar perhitungan kinerja persimpangan. Volume jam puncak ditetapkan berdasarkan volume LV + HV yang paling besar pada tiap-tiap pendekat. Selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan kembali dengan memperhatikan proporsi volume MC untuk dilakukan penyesuaian pada geometrik persimpangan. Penyesuaian pertama untuk memenuhi kriteria yang diisyaratkan, dengan penyesuaian pertama larangan berhenti pada ruas Jalan Raya TPU Pondok Ranggon serta memperbesar lebar persimpangan dari 6 meter menjadi 8 meter dengan tetap mempertahankan tipe persimpangan yaitu tipe 322. Ganceng – Jl.Peternakan Sapi intersection is the one of intersection that always crowded because of high traffic and located in the middle of Jakarta city. This condition happened on the rush hours at morning and afternoon. Data collected on Sunday 28th April, Tuesday 30th April, and Thursday 2nd April. Based on existing analysis result about Jl.Raya TPU Pondok Ranggon – Jl. Ganceng – Jl.Peternakan Sapi intersection performance showed that average Degree of Saturation (DS) exceed 0,75 value during 2/3 days at afternoon. And the highest Degree of Saturation (DS) happened around 16:00 – 17:00 1,89 with capacity value (C) is 2125,44 smp/hour, holding intersection 20,73 det/smp and Queue Probability (QP) is 169% - 369%. It means traffic jam already happened at the moment. Highest Volume Hour taken as volume purpose that calculated with turning K factor at LHR value and set as intersection performance basic calculating. Highest Volume Hour has been establish based on biggest LV +HV. After that, do calculate back with paying attention to MC volume proportion for adjustment at intersection geometric. First adjusment for fulfill the standard, with first adjusment Stop Mark at Jl. Raya TPU Pondok Ranggon road also enlarge the intersection length from 6 metres to 8 metres with maintain the type of intersection that is 322 type.
