Abstract

This study aims to identify what factors that become the key to successful implementation of Last Planner System in construction work based on the journals that there is to be applied in the construction and determine the weight / rank the priority of key success factors from the results of questionnaire of experts by the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process. The method used in this study using the Analytic Hierarchy Process to find the priority weights and the software using Expert Choice. From the results obtained by analysis of Key Success Factors on the construction work that is as much as 10 criteria where the criteria of the stakeholders with the highest priority weight with the weight of global 0,2279 which has the value of the consistency ratio below 0,1 or 10% that of 0,08 or 8% then the assessment of pairwise comparison between the criteria is consistent and as many as 24 sub-criteria where sub-criteria stakeholder support to the implementation of LPS with the highest priority weight with the weight of global 0,1812 which has the value of the consistency ratio below 0,1 or 10% that of 0,07 or 7% then the assessment against the paired comparison between sub-criteria is consistent. Keywords : Key Success Factors, Last Planner System, Analytic Hierarchy Process Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi kunci sukses penerapan Last Planner System pada pekerjaan konstruksi berdasarkan jurnal-jurnal yang ada untuk diaplikasikan di lingkungan konstruksi dan menentukan bobot / rangking prioritas faktor kunci sukses dari hasil kuisioner dari para ahli dengan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan Analytic Hierarchy Process untuk mencari bobot prioritas dan software menggunakan Expert Choice. Dari hasil analisa diperoleh Faktor Kunci Sukses pada pekerjaan konstruksi yaitu sebanyak 10 kriteria dimana kriteria stakeholder dengan bobot prioritas tertinggi dengan bobot global 0,2279 yang memiliki nilai consistency ratio dibawah 0,1 atau 10% yaitu 0,08 atau 8% maka penilaian terhadap perbandingan berpasangan antar kriteria adalah konsisten dan sebanyak 24 sub kriteria dimana sub kriteria dukungan stakeholder terhadap pelaksanaan LPS dengan bobot prioritas tertinggi dengan bobot global 0,1812 yang memiliki nilai consistency ratio dibawah 0,1 atau 10% yaitu 0,07 atau 7% maka penilaian terhadap perbandingan berpasangan antar sub kriteria adalah konsisten.
