Abstract
This research was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of leadership style, work motivation and organizational commitment to employee performance RSIA Bunda Aliyah Jakarta. (1). The leadership style using the dimensions of work orientation, human relations. (2). Work motivation using the dimensions of external motivation in the context of work, internal motivation within the context of employment. (3). Organizational commitment using the dimensions of affective commitment, normative commitment and continuance commitment. While the performance of employees using the dimensions of the dicipline, quality and productivity of work and the effectiveness and efficiency of working time. Population of this research is that employees RSIA Bunda Aliyah Jakarta. Samples were analyzed by using random sampling and primary data were collected using questionnaires and interviews. Results from this study show that leadership style, work motivation, and organizational commitment had a strong influence value as well as the positive direction on employee performance. From the results of simultaneous tests (test F), then either leadership style, work motivation and organizational commitment does have a very important role in influencing levels of employee performance. Meanwhile of yielding partial test (test t) one that resultant leadership style have the most influence dominant. Followed then by job motivation and organization commitment According to research results, to improve employee performance needs improvement in leadership style, enhance work motivation and organizational commitment of employees. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan RSIA Bunda Aliyah Jakarta. (1). Gaya kepemimpinan menggunakan dimensi-dimensi yaitu orientasi kerja, hubungan antar manusia. (2). Motivasi kerja menggunakan dimensi-dimensi yaitu motivasi eksternal dalam konteks pekerjaan, motivasi internal dalam konteks pekerjaan. (3). Komitmen organisasi menggunakan dimensi-dimensi yaitu komitmen afektif, komitmen lanjutan dan komitmen normative. (4). Kinerja karyawan menggunakan dimensi-dimensi yaitu disiplin kerja, kualitas dan produktivitas kerja serta efektifitas dan efisiensi waktu bekerja. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan RSIA Bunda Aliyah Jakarta, sampel penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan random sampling dan pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket dan wawancara Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan komitmen organisasi mempunyai nilai pengaruh yang kuat serta arah positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari hasil uji simultan (Uji F) maka baik gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi memang mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam mempengaruhi tingkat kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan dari hasil uji parsial (Uji t) yang dihasilkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh yang paling dominan. Diikuti kemudian oleh motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi. Sesuai hasil penelitian, maka untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan perlu adanya perbaikan dalam gaya kepemimpinan, meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi karyawan. Kata Kunci : gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kinerja karyawan.
