Abstract

ABSTRAK Gedung Signature Park Office Tower adalah bangunan proyek yang berlokasi di Jl. Kamal Muara V no.003 RT.3/RW.3, Kamal Muara, Penjaringan, Kota Jakarta Utara. Memiliki luas bangunan 5.828 m2 terdiri atas 12 lantai dengan sumber air yang digunakan yaitu berasal dari tangki atas (rooftank) dan tangki bawah(reservoir) dengan distribusi air bersihnya yaitu menggunakan tangki tekan. Pada penelitian ini, revitalisasi yang dilakukan adalah dengan memanfaatkan air hujan pada Gedung tersebut digunakan untuk memenuhi konsumsi air bersih non konsumtif pada Gedung tersebut. Seperti untuk flushing/penggelontor, penyiraman tanaman, serta kebutuhan air di cooling tower, tidak lupa untuk menerapkan konsep green building pada bangunan kantor ini. Dari perencanaan pemanfaatan air hujan ini pada Gedung signature park office ini total debit yang dapat dimanfaatkan adalah 73,252 m3 /hari dari tangkapan air hujan. Air hujan tersebut dapat memenuhi supplai kebutuhan air bersih non konsumtif. Seperti flushing/penggelontor dengan jumlah kebutuhannya hanya m3 /hari, penyiraman tanaman m3 /hari dan cooling tower 50 m3 /hari. Dari perancangan tersebut, konsep Eco Building dapat diterapkan dengan investasi membuat rooftank tambahan berkapasitas 22.5 m3 bernilai total harga Rp, 85.596.443,- atau delapan puluh juta lima ratus Sembilan puluh enam ribu empat ratus empat puluh tiga rupiah. Dapat menghemat supplai dari PAM JAYA untuk kebutuhan air bersih konsumtif. Serta supplai pada Air bersih non konsumtif yang bersumber dari tangki bawah(reservoir) full memakai pemanfaatan air hujan. Kata kunci : Konservasi, Air Hujan, Eco Building. ABSTRACT The Signature Park Office Tower building is a project building located on Jl. Kamal Muara V no.003 RT.3 / RW.3, Kamal Muara, Penjaringan, North Jakarta City. It has a building area of 5,828 m2 consisting of 12 floors with water sources used which are from the upper tank (rooftank) and the bottom tank (reservoir) with the distribution of clean water that is using a press tank. In this study, the revitalization carried out was by utilizing rainwater in the building used to meet the consumption of non-consumptive clean water in the building. As for flushing / flushing, watering plants, and water requirements in the cooling tower, do not forget to apply the concept of green building in this office building. From this rainwater utilization plan to the signature park office building the total discharge that can be utilized is 73.252 m3 / day from rainwater catchments.
