Abstract

ABSTRAK Transportasi merupakan bagian dari kehidupan masyarakat yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Salah satu jenis transportasi yang dapat dijadikan alternatif untuk mengatasi permasalahan kebutuhan transportasi masyarakat adalah kereta api. Kehadiran Kereta Rel Listrik (KRL) Lintas Cikarang ini mendapat respons positif dari masyarakat pengguna KRL sebab dapat menghemat biaya dan waktu tempuh mereka. Mengingat Kereta Rel Listrik (KRL) Commuter Line rute Stasiun Bekasi – Stasiun Cikarang baru di operasikan, maka di perlukan penelitian analisis kepuasan penumpang terhadap pelayanan Kereta Rel Listrik (KRL) lintas cikarang ini. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner terhadap pengguna KRL sebanyak 100 orang responden. Untuk mengukur kepuasan responden terhadap berbagai faktor yang berkaitan pengoperasian KRL dengan menganalisa kinerja pelayanan menggunakan Servqual Service, metode Importance Performance Analysis, dan analisis kuantitatif meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji normalitas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kuesioner dengan metode Importance Performance Analysis disimpulkan bahwa penilaian kepuasan penumpang terhadap pelayanan fasilitas keamanan di dalam rangkaian kereta (APAR dan Pemecah kaca) menjadi prioritas untuk ditingkatkan karena belum memuaskan. Fasilitas Layanan Informasi di Stasiun, ketepatan petugas dalam memberikan informasi stasiun, tersedianya papan informasi mengenai jadwal keberangkatan kereta menurut responden penting dan sudah memuaskan. Kata kunci: KRL, Commuter Line, Importance Performance Analysis, Transportasi. ABSTRACT Transportation is an inseparable part of people's lives. One type of transportation that can be used as an alternative to overcome the problem of public transportation needs is the train. The presence of the Cikarang Cross Electric Railway (KRL) has received a positive response from the KRL user community because it can save their costs and travel time. Considering that the Commuter Line Electric Train (KRL) route for the Bekasi - Cikarang Station has only been operated, it is necessary to conduct an analysis of passenger satisfaction research on the service of the Cikarang railroad electric train (KRL). Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to KRL users totaling 100 respondents. To measure respondents' satisfaction with various factors related to KRL operations by analyzing service performance using Servqual Service, Importance Performance Analysis methods, and quantitative analysis including validity, reliability and normality tests. Based on the results of the questionnaire analysis using the Importance Performance Analysis method, it was concluded that the assessment of passenger satisfaction with security facility services in the train set (APAR and Glass Breaker) was a priority to be improved because it was not yet satisfactory. Information Service Facilities at the Station, the accuracy of officers in providing station information, the availability of information boards regarding scheduled train departures according to important and satisfactory respondents.
