Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada perhelatan Asian Games 2018, LRT Kelapa Gading-Velodrome merupakan fasilitas yang akan digunakan untuk di operasikan secara masal, dalam pembangunan struktur TOD (Transit Oriented Development) dimana TOD digunakan untuk tempat Maintenance kereta LRT ditargetkan selesai pada akhir tahun 2018. Namun berdasarkan estimasi waktu pekerjaan struktur menggunakan metode cor in situ dan menggunakan bekisting konvensional (Phenol Film) pekerjaan itu baru dapat diselesaikan pada awal 2019. Untuk meminimalisir dan mempercepat pekerjaan TOD, salah satu solusinya yaitu menggunakan bekisting bondek. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari studi literatur dan primer serta observasi langsung dilapangan. Pengolahan data menggunakan uji statistik dengan metode Stepwise didapatkan dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor dan variabel dominan yang berpengaruh terhadap pekerjaan bekisting pelat lantai adalah faktor lahan, faktor alat, faktor material, faktor tenaga kerja, faktor teknis, faktor risiko. Pada metode bekisting Phenol Film variabel yang memiliki efektifitas paling besar adalah Perubahan Gambar dan Spesifikasi oleh Konsultan/Owner sebesar 24,1%. Sedangkan pada metode bekisting bondek variabel yang memiliki efektifitas paling besar adalah Produktivitas Rencana Awal sebesar 18,9%. ABSTRACT In the 2018 Asian Games event, LRT Kelapa Gading-Velodrome is a facility that will be used to operate massively. In teh construction of the TOD (Transit Oriented Development) structure where TOD is used for LRV (Light Rail Vehicle) maintenance targeted to be completed by the end of 2018. However, based on estimated time of structural work using the cast in situ methode and using conventional formwork (Phenol Film) the work can only be completed at the beginning of 2019. One of solution is to use floordeck (bondek) formwork. This study uses secondary data from literature and primary studies and direct observation in the field. Data processing using statistical test and using Stepwise Method obtained from the result of the study showed that the dominant factors and variables that influence the work of the formwork of slab are Land Factors, Tool Factors, Material Factors, Labor Factors, Technical Factors and Risk Factors. In phenol film formwork method, the variable that has the greatest effectiveness is the Change in Drawing and Specifications by the Consultant/Owner at 24,1% whereas in floordeck formwork method, the variable that has the greatest effectiveness is Initial Plan Productivity of 18,9%.
