Abstract

The phenomenon raised into the object of research is the communication style used by PrabowoSubainto as chairman of the Gerindra party council in anticipating corruption behavior Gerindra party cadres during the period 2009-2014. This study aims to analyze and find the communication style used by PrabowoSubianto, and analyzed how the communication style used by PrabowoSubianto able to anticipate the corruption of Gerindra party cadres in that period. Key informants in this research were PrabowoSubianto, FadliZon and Yusuf AR. FadliZon and Yusuf AR are cadres and closed people of PrabowoSubianto. This research uses qualitative approach with case study method. Data collection using in-depth interviews, video observation, literature study, and internet media. Data processing technique in this research is using Miles and Hubermanmodel, that is through data reduction phase, display data and conclusion or verification. From the discussion of the results of the study obtained the following conclusions: first, the communication style used by PrabowoSubianto in anticipating the corruption of Gerindra party cadres there are four namely, the style of firm and outspoken communication, the communication style of dialogical and democratic, regular and planned communication style , and motivational communication styles. Collaboration of the four communication styles is categorized into a new communication style that is Anti Corruption Communication Style (The Anti Corruption Communication Style). Second, the communication style used by PrabowoSubianto can anticipate the corruption of gerindra party cadres because; the communication style used by PrabowoSubianto is indoctrinating, democratic, and asserted. ABSTRACT Fenomena yang diangkat menjadi obyek penelitian adalah gaya komunikasi yang digunakan oleh Prabowo Subainto sebagai ketua dewan Pembina partai Gerindra dalam mengantisipasi tindak pidana korupsi kader partai Gerindra selama periode 2009 – 2014. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menemukan gaya komunikasi yang digunakan oleh Prabowo Subianto, serta menganalisis bagaimana gaya komunikasi yang digunakan oleh Prabowo Subianto mampu mengantisipasi tindak pidana korupsi kader partai Gerindra pada periode tersebut. Informan kunci pada penelitian ini adalah Prabowo Subianto sebagai ketua dewan Pembina serta Fadli Zon dan Yusuf A.R, keduanya merupakan kader dan orang dekat Prabowo Subianto. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus dan paradigmanya adalah post-positivis.Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi video, studi kepustakaan, dan media internet.Teknikpengolahan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, dan melalui penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut :pertama, gayakomunikasi yang digunakan oleh Prabowo Subianto dalam http://digilib.mercubuana.ac.id mengantisipasi tindak pidana korupsi kader partai Gerindra ada empat yaitu, gaya komunikasi tegas dan balak-blakan, gaya komunikasi dialogis dan demokratis, gaya komunikasi teratur dan terencana, dan gaya komunikasi motivasi. Kolaborasi dari empat gaya komunikasi ini dikategorikan menjadi gaya komunikasi baru yaitu Gaya Komunikasi Anti Korupsi(The Anti Corruption Communication Style).Kedua, gayakomunikasi yang digunakan oleh Prabowo Subianto dapat mengantisipasi tindak pidana korupsi kader partai gerindra karena ; gayakomunikasi yang digunakan Prabowo Subianto bersifat mengindroktinasi, bersifat demokratis, dan bersifat menegaskan. Kata Kunci : Gaya komunikasi Prabowo Subainto, Mengantisipasi tindak pidana korupsi kader partai Gerindra.
