Abstract

ABSTRAK Pasar merupakan tempat bertemunya pedagang dan pembeli untuk melakukan transaksi jual beli setiap hari selalu ada aktivitas di pasar. Maka dari itu, kebersihan dan kesehatan pasar harus selalu di jaga dan di rawat. Melalui program pasar bersih sehat, Perumda Pasar Jaya berupaya meningkatkan kepuasan dan tingkat pelayanan masyarakat melalui faktor kebersihan dan kepuasan agar semua masyarakat yang beraktivitas di pasar merasa nyaman. Maka perlu dilakukan analisa dapatkah faktor – faktor kebersihan dan kesehatan meningkatkan kepuasan pelayanan masyarakat di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penghitungan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) atau Indeks Kepuasan Pelanggan. Dengan analisis faktor – faktor kebersihan dan kesehatan pasar sebagai variabel bebas, dan pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan pelayanan masyarakat sebagai variabel terikat. Menggunakan instrumen studi pustaka dan kuesioner. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan 42 variabel atau faktor kebersihan dan kesehatan pasar yang dinilai mampu meningkatkan kepuasan pelayanan masyarakat di Provinsi DKI Jakarta, dan hasil penghitungan Indeks Kepuasan Pelanggan menunjukan hasil 69,62% yang menunjukan indikator puas terhadap faktor kebersihan dan kesehatan pasar rakyat di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Kata Kunci: Kebersihan, Kesehatan, Pasar Rakyat, Kepuasan Pelayanan Masyarakat ABSTRACT Market is the place where traders and buyers do a transaction of selling & buying everyday. Therefore, market cleanliness and healthiness must always be maintained. Through clean and health market program, Perumda Pasar Jaya seeks to increase satisfaction and the level of community service through hygiene and health factors so that all people who are have activities in the market feel comfortable. Then, it is necessary to analyze wheter hygiene and health factors that can increase the satisfaction of public service in the Capital City of Jakarta. The method used in this study is the method of calculating the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). With the analysis of market hygiene and health factors as a independent vatiables, and their effects on community service satisfaction as the dependent variable. Using literature study instruments and questionnaires. In this study, found 42 variables of market hygiene and health which are considered capable of increasing public servic satisfaction in Capital City of Jakarta, which shows indicators of satisfaction with the factors of hygiene and health of market in Capital City of Jakarta.
