Abstract

The metal deck method of the floor plate is a method by replacing the bottom reinforcement with a metal plate decoration which also supports the provision then finishing by testing the upper reinforcement and casting the upper structure of the floor plate. Half-plate precast is a reinforced floor plate structure with a method mostly in the factory (made before) made in the field. This component is prepared to prepare a place to be installed, installed and installed in the final position to be put together with other components to make the whole building. Precast Full Slab Panel method for working floor slabs with all floor plate components using precast concrete. In this final project, a 6-story reinforced concrete structure will be reviewed with a span of 3.9 x 4.8 m. and will be compared to the volume of concrete, the ratio of reinforcement and cost of the design. Analysis and design were carried out with the help of ETABS V9.7.4 program with super dead loads, live loads and earthquakes (equivalent static). Keywords: metal deck, half precast plate, and full precast panel Pelat lantai metode metal deck yaitu metode dengan mengganti tulangan bawah dengan plat metal deck yang juga berperan sebagai bekisting kemudian dilanjutkan dengan perakitan tulangan bagian atas dan pengecoran struktur bagian atas pelat lantai. Precast Half Slab merupakan struktur pelat lantai beton bertulang dengan metode sebagian diproduksi dipabrik (precast) sebagian dicor/dibuat di lapangan. Komponen ini dipersiapkan ditempat lain untuk kemudian diangkat, diangkat dan dipasang pada posisi akhir untuk disatukan dengan komponen lain untuk membentuk suatu bangunan utuh. Precast Slab Full Panel metode pengerjaan pelat lantai dengan seluruh komponen pelat lantai menggunakan beton pracetak. Dalam tugas akhir ini, suatu strukur beton bertulang 6 lantai akan ditinjau dengan bentang 3.9 x 4.8 m. dan akan dibandingkan volume beton, rasio tulangan dan biaya dari ketiga desain. Analisis dan desain dilakukan dengan bantuan program ETABS V9.7.4 dengan memperhitungkan akibat beban mati, super dead load, hidup dan gempa (statik ekuivalen).
