Abstract

The success of a project is very influential in determining the method of implementation or arrangement of work and in determining an implementation method, it is necessary to calculate first in terms of cost and time. If implemented and planned properly and selected the best method, then the implementation of a construction project provides an ease in working on a construction project. In the Jabodebek Light Rail Transit Station (LRT) project in a steel structure work implementation there is a different implementation method. Here there are 2 methods of implementation, namely by using the mobile crane method and by using the crawler crane method. This is also caused by different land conditions at each station. In collecting data that is needed as a basis for calculating costs and time, primary data in the form of survey results for projects in the field are needed, besides that secondary data is also needed that is used as supporting or supporting data in data processing. For the analysis of the implementation time using the MS method. Projects and for costs use the unit price analysis method. So that it can be concluded the best method for carrying out the steel structure work of the Jabodebek Light Rail Transit (LRT) station by comparing the results of the evaluation of time and cost from time and cost analysis data. Based on the results and analysis of the comparison of the cost and time of the mobile crane method and the crawler crane method on the Jabodebek LRT Station project, it can be concluded that the time of steel structure work using mobile cranes is 154 days and using crane cranes is 170 days and for the cost of steel structure work using mobile crane that is Rp. 36,607,982,944.23 (Thirty Six Billion Six Hundred Seven Million Nine Hundred Eighty Two Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Four Point Twenty Three Rupiah) and using a crawler crane which is Rp. 34,643,159,002.43 (Thirty Four Billion Six Hundred Forty Three Million One Hundred Fifty Nine Thousand Two Comma Forty Three Rupiah).
