Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work environment and leadership Styles either simultaneously or partially to job satisfaction. The respondents of this research as many as 80 employees, with slovin method. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis found that the variable of organizational culture, work environment and leadership Styles are positive and significant effect on Job satisfaction of employees at PT XYZ. Keyword : Organizational culture, work environment, leadership Styles, Job satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Jumlah responden sebanyak 80 orang karyawan, dengan metode slovin. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis ialah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa variabel budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT XYZ. Kata kunci : Budaya organisasi, Lingkungan kerja, Gaya kepemimpinan, Kepuasan kerja.
