Abstract
In planning multi-storey building structures the main principle that must be considered is to improve the structure of lateral forces such as earthquake forces. The higher the building, the more vulnerable the building is to resist shear forces, specifically withstand earthquake forces. The solution that can be used in increasing the strength of structures is by designing buildings with multiple systems. The dual system is a combination of a lateral load bearing system in the form of a shear wall with a moment bearing frame system. The shear wall is used to add rigidity and absorb large shear forces on high-rise structures. The location and thickness of the shear wall that is suitable and strategic can affect the intersection between floors and horizontal load resistance in high-rise building structures. The magnitude of the shear force that occurs also identifies the effective height of the shear wall in high-rise buildings. The study was in the form of an analysis of a 30-story building structure with modeling of 3 different shear wall locations. The method used is dynamic response spectrum analysis with calculations using the ETABS program. The analysis reviewed is the amount of displacement, drift, shear force between the frame and the sliding wall to determine the effective height of the shear wall. The results of the analysis show the absorption of earthquake forces by the frame and the location of the shearwall inside more than 25% versus 75% so that it meets the dual system requirements. Then the effective height of the shearwall is obtained. Key Word : Shearwall, Dual System, High Effective Dalam perencanaan struktur bangunan bertingkat prinsip utama yang harus diperhatikan yaitu meningkatkan struktur terhadap gaya lateral seperti gaya gempa. Semakin tinggi bangunan maka semakin rawan bangunan tersebut menahan gaya geser, khususnya menahan gaya gempa. Solusi yang dapat digunakan dalam meningkatkan kekuatan struktur yaitu dengan merancang bangunan dengan sistem ganda. Sistem ganda adalah gabungan dari system pemikul beban lateral berupa dinding geser dengan system rangka pemikul momen, Dinding geser digunakan untuk menambah kekakuan dan menyerap gaya geser yang besar pada struktur bangunan tinggi. Letak dan tebal dinding geser yang sesuai dan strategis dapat berpengaruh terhadap simpangan antar lantai dan tahanan beban horizontal pada struktur bangunan tingkat tinggi. Besarnya gaya geser yang terjadi juga mengidentifikasi tinggi efektif dinding geser pada bangunan tingkat tinggi. Penelitian berupa analisis struktur gedung 30 lantai dengan pemodelan 3 letak dinding geser berbeda. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis dinamik respon spectrum dengan perhitungan menggunakan program ETABS. Analisis yang ditinjau yaitu besarnya displacement, drift, gaya geser antara frame dengan dinding geser untuk menentukan tinggi efektif dinding geser. Hasil analisis menunjukan penyerapan gaya gempa oleh frame dan shearwall letak didalam lebih dari 25% berbanding 75% sehingga sudah memenuhi syarat sistem ganda. Lalu didapatkan ketinggian shearwall efektif. Kata Kunci : Dinding Geser, Sistem Ganda, Tinggi Efektif
