Abstract

Cities represent the region where they live. High density community. Because the city is a complex region, there is much that must be questioned by the city, one of which is traffic jams. The concept of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) development is one of the solutions to overcome this problem. Transit Oriented Development (TOD) is a regional development concept that prioritizes public transportation from private vehicles. Regarding the task of this Final Design is the construction of a 4 star hotel along with its facilities with the design theme "Transit Oriented Development". Located on Jl. Hospital Fatmawati Raya No.1, West Cilandak - South Jakarta, this project with an area of 4.1 hectares has potential as one of the earliest developments in the TOD concept in the area. Keywords : 4-star Hotel, Business Hotel, Transit Oriented Development. Kota merupakan suatu kawasan atau tempat berlangsungnya aktivitas masyarakat dengan tingkat kepadatan yang tinggi. Karena kota merupakan suatu kawasan yang kompleks, maka banyak permasalahan yang harus dihadapi oleh suatu kota, salah satunya adalah kemacetan. Konsep pembangunan Transit Oriented Development (TOD) merupakan salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Transit Oriented Development (TOD) adalah sebuah konsep pembangunan kawasan perkotaan yang mengutamakan pemanfaatan transportasi publik daripada kendaraan pribadi. Adapun tugas dari Perancangan Akhir ini adalah pembangunan hotel bintang 4 berserta fasilitasnya dengan tema rancangan “Transit Oriented Development”. Berlokasi di Jl. RS. Fatmawati Raya No.1, Cilandak Barat – Jakarta Selatan, proyek dengan luas lahan mencapai 4,1 hektar ini memiliki potensi sebagai salah satu pengembangan awal konsep TOD di daerah tersebut. Kata Kunci : Hotel Bintang 4, Hotel Bisnis, Transit Oriented Development.
