Abstract
This writing is titled Media Management in Reading Reading Behavior Campaign Program at SDN Joglo 06 Pagi West Jakarta. The purpose of this paper is to make the process of publication in the mass media, the importance of optimizing library functions, the formation of library committee or administrators in schools through the Reading Fond Behavior Campaign program and the benefits of the media and publications are the audience gaining knowledge, building audience awareness of library functions and building public awareness the importance of good library management. The concepts and theories supporting these activities are Communication, Public Relations, Attitude Theory, Social Campaigns, Media Management, and Documentation Relations with Public Relations.The writing shows that The Reading Fond Behavior Campaign Program at SDN Joglo 06 Pagi West Jakarta was carried out through socialization activities, 15 minutes of reading and library management training with 18 publications in this activity so as to be able to have an impact on the intended audience. KEYWORDS: Likes to read, Social Campaigns, Media Managemen Penulisan ini berjudul Manajemen Media Dalam Program Kampanye Perilaku Gemar Membaca di SDN Joglo 06 Pagi Jakarta Barat. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah melakukan proses publikasi di media massa, pentingnya optimalisasi fungsi perpustakaan, pembentukan komite atau pengurus perpustakaan di sekolah melalui program Kampanye Perilaku Gemar Membaca dan manfaat media dan publikasi adalah khalayak memperoleh pengetahuan, membangun kesadaran khalayak terhadap fungsi perpustakaan dan membangun kesadaran khalayak akan pentingnya manajemen perpustakan yang baik. Konsep dan Teori pendukung kegiatan ini yaitu Komunikasi, Public Relations, Teori Sikap, Kampanye Sosial, Manajemen Media, dan Hubungan Dokumentasi dengan Public Relations. Hasil penulisan menunjukan bahwa Program Kampanye Perilaku Gemar Membaca di SDN Joglo 06 Pagi Jakarta Barat ini dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan sosialisasi, 15 menit membaca dan pelatihan pengelolaan perpustakaan dengan jumlah publikasi pada kegiatan ini sebanyak 18 media sehingga mampu memberikan dampak kepada khalayak yang dituju.
