Abstract
This study aims to determine and explain the effect of training, motivation and compensation on the performance of Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang Jakarta V. Types of quantitative research. The population of all Civil Servants in Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang Jakarta V which amounted to 40 people. Non-probability sampling technique with saturated samples. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression. The result of the research revealed that the training and compensation have significant effect to the performance of Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang Jakarta V and the motivation has no significant effect on the performance of Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang Jakarta V. In order to improve the performance, Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang Jakarta V has to give more attention to the implementation of training, the need for power owned by employees and indirect financial payments such as leave, insurance and pension.
