Abstract
Understanding of these risks becomes crucial, as there is an increase in online crime during exploratory covid-19, the following research purposes to analyze whether the financial risk, product risk and security risk are negative and significant to online purchase intention, to analyze whether trust is able to mediation between the financial risk, product risk and security risk against online purchase intentions, And to analyse whether trust was positive and significant about the online purchase intentions. The population in this research is a general public that already does the product purchase through flatform e-commerce. Sampling techniques used by puposive sampling method, a number of samples of hair et al (2014), thus obtained a sample of 214 respondents. Data analysis techniques use smart PLS ver 3.3.0 by viewing inner models and outer models and hypothetical testing. Research shows that the financial risk, product risk and security risk affected both negative and significant factors about online purchase intentions. Trust provides mediation between the financial risk and security risk and the online purchase intention was negatively and significant, But trust does not provide a mediation between product risk and online purchase and a negative and not significant impact, While trust had a positive and significant impact on the online purchase intention. Pemahaman mengenai resiko-resiko ini menjadi sangat penting, karena terjadi peningkatan kejahatan via online selama pandemic Covid-19, tujuan penelitian sebagai berikut untuk menganalisis apakah Financial Risk, Product Risk dan Security Risk berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap Online Purchase Intention, untuk menganalisis apakah Trust mampu memediasi hubungan antara Financial Risk, Product Risk dan Security Risk terhadap Online Purchase Intention, serta untuk menganalisis apakah Trust berpengaruh positive dan signifikan terhadap Online Purchase Intentions. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat umum yang sudah melakukan pembelian produk melalui flatform e-commerce. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dengan metode purposive sampling, dengan mengadopsi diestimasikan jumlah sample minimal Hair et al (2014) sehingga didapatkan sampel penelitian sebanyak 214 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan smart PLS ver 3.3.0 dengan melihat inner model dan outer model serta pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa financial risk, product risk dan security risk berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap online purchase intention. Trust mampu memediasi hubungan antara financial risk dan security risk dengan online purchase intention secara negatif dan signifikan, namun trust tidak memediasi hubungan antara product risk dengan online purchase intention yakni berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan, sedangkan trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap online purchase intention.
