Abstract

This study aims to determine and examine the influence of Compensation, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention at Bank Danmaon Indonesia, Tbk Area 05 SNS 03. Sampling in this study was conducted by census or saturated samples. The number of samples taken in this research is 67 employees of Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Area 05 SND 03. Data obtained from the spread of questionnaires and analytical methods used are multiple regression with the help og SPSS program version 23. The results showed that the variable of job satisfaction partial no effect on employee job satisfaction, but organizational commitmen and compensation effect on employee turnover intention. However, overall independent variables together have a significant influence on turnover intention at Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Area 05 SND 03. Key word : Compensation, Organizational Commitmen, Job Satisfaction, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh Kompensasi, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention di Bank Danamon Indonesia Area 05 SND 03. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara sensus atau sampel jenuh. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 67 orang karyawan Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Area 05 SND 03. Data diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner dan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, tapi komitmen organisasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Namun, secara keseluruhan variabel bebas secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap turnover intention di Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Area 05 SND 03.
