Abstract
This study was introduced by the appearance of technology in the digital era. The development of digital era is very massive, especially in the easiness to gain the information and the entertainment. Youtube is the social media that often used by society today. This study is using the concept of new media, Youtube, management, and management function of POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling). This study also explaining how the management strategy of Hotman Pari Show youtube account. The methods used in this study is descriptive qualitative with the qualitative approach to describe the result of the study by concluding the interview's result (indepth interview). With three key informant of Hotman Paris Show which are the head of social media officer, the staff of social media officer, and the producer. The result of this study concluded how the management strategy of Hotman Paris Show youtube account in gaining their objective, which is to maximizing every show by creating the headline, caption, and thumbnail as good as possible, so it would make the good impression for the audience when they saw it. Moreover, the production team of Hotman Paris Show has implementing the strategy to always create the theme of the event that inspiring people and became the trending topic of the society. The production team and the social media team have the important role in the implementation of Hotman Paris youtube account because their completing one and another. Keywords: Hotman Paris Show, Strategy, And Youtube Management Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya kehadiran teknologi dan era digital. Perkembangan di era digital ini sangtlah pesat, salah satunya adalah kemudahan untuk mendapakatkan hiburan hingga informasi. Youtube merupakan media sosial yang saat ini banyak di gunakan oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep new media, youtube, manajemen, fungsi manajamen POAC (planning, organizing, actuating, controlling). Dalam penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana strategi pengelolaan akun youtube Hotman Paris Show. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian dengan menyimpulkan hasil wawancara mendalam (indepth interview) dengan tiga orang key infomarman head social media officer, staff social media officer dan produser produksi Hotman Paris Show Dalam hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulan bahwa bagaimana strategi pengeloaan akun youtube Hotman Paris Show dalam mencapai tujuan nya yaitu tim sosial media melakukan strategi dengan memaksimalkan setiap tayangan dengan membuat headline, caption dan thumbnail semenarik mungkin sehingga membuat rasa penasaran muncul disaat audience melihatnya. Dan dari tim produksi hotman paris show melakukan strategi dengan membuat tema acara yang menginspirasi dan sedang hangat dibicarakan di khalayak. Tim produksi hotman paris dan tim sosial media memiliki peranan penting dalam terselenggaranya akun youtube Hotman Paris Show karena antara satu tim dan tim lainnya saling melengakapi.
