Abstract

This study aims to determine and examine the effect of Product Specification, Price Perception and Service Quality to Purchase Decision on Group Health Insurance at PT Asuransi Jiwa Inhealth Indonesia Makassar Marketing Office. Sampling in this study was conducted by Saturated Sampling by using all the population into a sample that is as many as 35 companies. Data obtained from the results of questionnaires distribution and analytical methods used are multiple regression with the help of SPSS program version 23. The results showed that product specification variables, price perceptions and service quality both partially and simultaneously affect the purchase decision on group health insurance at PT Asuransi Jiwa Inhealth Indonesia. Keywords: Product Specification, Price Perception, Service Quality, Purchase Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh Spesifikasi Produk, Persepsi Harga dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Asuransi Kesehatan Kumpulan di PT Asuransi Jiwa Inhealth Indonesia Kantor Pemasaran Makassar. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan Sampling Jenuh dengan menggunakan semua populasi menjadi sampel yaitu sebanyak 35 perusahaan. Data diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner dan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel spesifikasi produk, persepsi harga dan kualitas pelayanan baik secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian asuransi kesehatan kumpulan di PT Asuransi Jiwa Inhealth Indonesia.
