Abstract
The capital city of Jakarta is currently building a lot of mass transportation infrastructure and is becoming a lot of spotlight for users of public transportation. Public transportation that is being talked about is using Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) and Light Rail Transit (LRT) or light rail transportation. Where this MRT is transportation with a rapid transit train system using an electric rail train. MRT transportation needs are increasing and attracting the attention of many people. With the existence of this MRT, it also supports the development of existing development in the region. Infrastructure development in Indonesia is increasing, such as the construction of roads and bridges, trains, airports and ports that aim to facilitate the mobility of people working, trying and increasing people's productivity and competitiveness in the international market. As well as the application of the concept of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) which is being developed in Indonesia. The existence of infrastructure development and the development of the concept of Transit Oriented Development (TOD), which must be supported by other building functions as supporting facilities to achieve the TOD concept The benefits of the existence of the Hotel and Mice building in the TOD area there are buildings that are mutually sustainable and have functions that are mutually bound to one another. Encourage the growth of diverse activities in an integrated manner in an adequate container, produce a system of facilities and infrastructure that is more efficient and economical, improve circulation systems, encourage a clear separation between transportation systems, and provide a broad framework for innovation in building and environmental design. Keywords: Transit Oriented Development (TOD), MICE, Business Hotels Ibukota Jakarta saat ini sedang banyak pembangunan sarana infrastuktur angkutan massal dan mejadi sorotan banyak bagi pengguna atransportasi umum. Adapun angkutan umum yang sedang ramai dibicarakan penggunaan transportasi Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) dan Light Rail Transit (LRT) atau kereta api ringan. Dimana MRT tersebut adalah sebuah transportasi dengan sistem kereta api transit cepat dengan menggunakan kereta rel listrik. Kebutuhan pada penggunaan transportasi MRT semakin meningkat dan menarik pehatian banyak orang. Dengan adanya MRT tersebut maka semakin mendukung pula perkembangan pembangunan yang berada di kawasan tersebut. Pembangunan infrastruktur di Indonesia yang semakin meningkat seperti pembangunan jalan dan jembatan, kereta api, bandar udara dan pelabuhan yang bertujuan untuk mempermudahkan mobilitas masyarakat bekerja, berusaha serta meningkatkan produktivitas rakyat dan daya saing di pasar international. Serta penerapan konsep Transit Oriented Development (TOD) yang sedang dikembangkan di Indonesia. Adanya pembangunan infrastruktur dan pengembangan konsep Transit Oriented Development (TOD), yang harus didukung dengan fungsi bangunan lain sebagai fasilitas pedukung tercapainya konsep TOD. Manfaat keberadaan bangunan Hotel dan Mice di kawasan TOD didalamnya terdapat bangunan yang saling berkesinambungan dan memiliki fungsi yang saling terikat satu sama lain. Mendorong tumbuhnya kegiatan yang beragam secara terpadudalam suatu wadah yang memadai, menghasilkan sistem sarana dan prasarana yang lebih efesien dan ekonomis, memperbaiki sistem sirkulasi, mendorong pemisah yang jelas antara sistem transportasi, dan memberikan kerangka yang luas bagi inovasi perancangan bangunan dan lingkungan.
