Abstract
The company will achieve its goal when it has good performance. Good individual performance will create excellent organizational performance. Related to the performance of the Organization in this study aims to test and analyze the influence of occupational safety and Health (X1), organizational culture (X2) on the performance of the Organization (Y2) with communication (Y1) as the mediation variable. The number of respondents was 150 using sample techniques using nonprobability sampling. Research conducted on PT. Xyz. Data analysis method using SEM mediation with software PLS 3.2.8. The results of his research are that occupational safety and health variables have a positive and significant effect on the communication variables, occupational safety and health variables positively and significantly impact the organizational performance variables, Organizational culture variables have a positive and significant effect on organizational performance variables, organizational cultural variables have a positive and significant effect on communication variables. The results of the T test analysis can be found in the communication variables positively and significantly affect the organizational performance variables. Keywords: Occupational Safety and Health, Organizational Culture, communication and organizational performance. Perusahan akan mencapai tujuanya apabila memiliki karyawan dengan kinerja yang baik. Kinerja individu yang baik akan menciptakan kinerja organisasi yang sangat baik. Terkait dengan kinerja organisasi dalam penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (X1), budaya organisasi (X2) terhadap kinerja organisasi (Y2) dengan komunikasi (Y1) sebagai variable mediasi. Jumlah responden sebanyak 150 dengan menggunakan teknik sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling. Penelitian dilakukan pada PT.XYZ. Metode analisa data menggunakan SEM mediasi dengan software PLS 3.2.8. Hasil penelitianya adalah bahwa variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel komunikasi, variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja organisasi, variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja organisasi, variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel komunikasi. Hasil analisis uji t dapat diketahui pada variabel komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja organisasi. Kata Kunci : Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja,Budaya Organisasi, Komunikasi dan Kinerja Organisasi.
