Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze Compensation, Work Environment and Career Development on Turnover Intention at PT Electronic Data Interchange Indonesia. The research data is a questionnaire calculated by the Slovin formula with a sample of 135 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple regression. The results of the study show Compensation, Work Environment and Career Development simultaneously on the significance of Turnover Intention. Partially significant negative compensation for Turnover Intention, partially negative work environment is significant towards Turnover Intention and partially significant Career Development towards Turnover Intention. Compensation is the variable that has the most influence on Turnover Intention. Keywords: Compensation, Work Environment, Career Development, Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Turnover Intention di PT Electronic Data Interchange Indonesia. Data penelitian merupakan kuisioner yang dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan sampel sebanyak 135 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Pengembangan Karir secara simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Secara parsial Kompensasi berpengaruh secara negatif signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, secara parsial Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh secara negatif signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention dan secara parsial Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh secara negatif signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Kompensasi merupakan variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap Turnover Intention. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Pengembangan Karir, Turnover Intention.
