Abstract
This research is based on infographic management on social media socialization of Instagram @ristekdikti which conveys information about the scholarship program "Master's Degree in Doctorate for Superior Bachelor (PMDSU) Education Ministry of Research and Technology Batch 3 of 2017. As one part of the education program for the community, especially students. Through the infographic on the program, it is expected to make it easier to deliver information and be able to attract students' interest in participating in the Ministry of Education and Culture's PMDSU scholarship program. The Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education is a government institution that has the responsibility to improve the quality of higher education in Indonesia and in the International. This study uses the interpretive paradigm with a qualitative approach and descriptive research methods with case studies. The researcher collects complete information through in- depth interviews and observations, then the information is analyzed by Triangulation analysis techniques. This study aims to design, and map infographic management in the socialization of PMDSU scholarship program batch 3 2017 through the @ristekdikti Instagram. The results of the study show that with proper infographic management on the socialization of the PMDSU scholarship program through the @ristekdikti instagram, it can increase the interest in the PMDSU scholarship program. So that it is expected that through the infographic the objectives of the Kemenristekdikti PMDSU program can be achieved. Keywords: Management, Infographics, Socialization, Social Media and Instagram Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pengelolaan infografis pada sosialisasi social media instagram @ristekdikti yang menyampaikan informasi program beasiswa “Pendidikan Magister Menuju Doktor untuk Sarjana Unggul (PMDSU) Kemenristekdikti Batch 3 tahun 2017. Sebagai salah satu bagian dari program pendidikan untuk masyarakat khususnya mahasiswa. Melalui infografis pada program tersebut diharapkan dapat mempermudah untuk penyampaian informasi dan mampu menarik minat mahasiswa agar ikut serta dalam program beasiswa PMDSU Kemenristedikti tersebut. Kemenristekdikti merupakan lembaga pemerintah yang memiliki tanggung jawab untuk meningkatan kualitas pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia dan dikanca Internasional Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma interpretif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan studi kasus. Peneliti mengumpulkan informasi secara lengkap melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi, kemudian informasi tersebut dianalisa dengan teknik analisis Triangulasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang, dan memetakan pengelolaan infografis pada sosialiasi program beasiswa PMDSU batch 3 tahun 2017 melalui instagram @ristekdikti. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dengan pengelolaan infografis yang tepat pada sosialisasi program beasiswa PMDSU melalui instagram @ristekdikti, dapat meningkatkan peminatan pada program beasiswa PMDSU tersebut. Sehingga diharapkan melalui infografis tujuan dari program PMDSU Kemenristekdikti dapat tercapai. Kata kunci: Pengelolaan, Infografis, Sosialisasi, Social Media dan Instagram
