Abstract

ABSTRAK Jaminan kualitas merupakan suatu hal penting untuk mempertahankan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap perusahaan. PT. ZYX merupakan perusahaan otomotif yang memproduksi Electronic Control Unit (ECU). Di tahun 2014 dan 2016 ditemukan kesalahan pemasangan elektronik part pada proses perakitan circuit ECU. Kemudian dilakukan perbaikan dengan menambahkan aktivitas konfirmasi secara manual pada Standar Operasional Pekerjaan. Namun pada tahun 2018 kesalahan pemasangan elektronik part terjadi kembali. Analisa dilakukan untuk menanggulangi kesalahan pemasangan elektronik part menggunakan Quality Assurance dengan metode Fault Tree Analysis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan analisa optimasi jaminan kualitas pada proses pemasangan elektronik part dalam perakitan ECU. Sehingga tidak ada lagi kesalahan pemasangan elektronik part. Berdasarkan analisa menggunakan Fault Tree Analysis ditemukan 3 (tiga) akar permasalahan yaitu tidak ada barcode nomor elektronik part pada label, tidak ada identitas pembeda antar reel part, dan tidak ada program untuk membedakan elektronik part lama dan baru. Dari akar permasalahan tersebut, peneliti melakukan 2 aktivitas perbaikan yaitu dengan pembuatan label baru untuk setiap reel part dan pembuatan program konfirmasi elektronik part pada scanner yang sudah ada. Dengan perbaikan tersebut, kesalahan pemasangan elektronik part sudah tidak terjadi kembali karena proses verifikasi yang sebelumnya manual sudah dilakukan optimasi menjadi otomatis (metode scan). Kata Kunci : Kualitas, Quality Assurance, Fault Tree Analysis, Optimasi Jaminan Kualitas, Electronic Control Unit (ECU), Surface Mount Device. ABSTRACT Quality Assurance is an important thing to maintain customer’s credibility in the company. PT. ZYX is an automotive company that produces Electronic Control Unit (ECU). In 2014 and 2016, found an electronic part mounting error on ECU circuit assembly process. Then, repaired with adding manual confirmation activity on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). But in 2018 an electronic part mounting error reoccurred. The analysis was performed to overcome an electronic part mounting error that uses Quality Assurance with Fault Tree Analysis method. The purpose of this research is to analyze the quality assurance optimization of mounting electronic part process in the ECU assembly. So, there is no more an electronic part mounting error. According from the analysis using From Failure Tree Analysis method was found 3 (three) root causes which are no barcode of electronic part number on the label, no identity to differentiate each reel part and no program to differentiate between the old and the new electronic part. From the root causes, the researcher performed 2 (two) repair activities which are making the new label to each reel part and making the confirmation electronic part program on existing scanner. With those repair activities, an electronic part mounting error did not occur again because of the manual verification process was be optimized became automatic verification (scan method).
