Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction, organizational culture and leadership of turnover intention PT. Heksa Jaya Abadi engaged in oil palm plantation. The research data were taken using survey by distributing questionnaires. Respondents in this study as many as 46 employees are staff level. Census was used as a sampling method. The data obtained from the questionnaire was analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) using multiple regression test to find the causality relationship and get the influence of job satisfaction, organizational culture and leadership toward turnover intention. Findings indicated that job satisfaction has a negative but insignificant effect on turnover intention, organizational culture has a significant negative effect on turnover intention, and leadership has a positive but insignificant effect on turnover intention. The findings also show that the internal integration dimension in organizational culture is the most influential dimension toward turnover intention. Keywords: job satisfaction, organizational culture, leadership, turnover intention, oil palm plantation, agribusiness Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap turnover intention PT. Heksa Jaya Abadi yang bergerak di bidang perkebunan kelapa sawit. Data penelitian yang diambil menggunakan survey dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 46 karyawan yang merupakan level staf. Sampling jenuh atau sensus digunakan sebagai metode sampling. Data yang didapatkan dari kuesioner dianalisa menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) dengan menggunakan uji regresi berganda untuk mengetahui hubungan kausalitas dan mendapatkan besar pengaruh variabel kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap turnover intention. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention, budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Temuan juga menunjukkan bahwa dimensi integrasi internal pada budaya organisasi merupakan dimensi yang paling berhubungan kuat dengan turnover intention.
