Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of leadership, organization culture and work satisfaction to employee performance (Studi case PT Mitra Teleinformatika Perkasa). The data has been obtained by using the distribution of questionnaries to the employees as the respondents in PT Mitra Teleinformatika Perkasa. The sampling technique has been done by using saturations sampling in which all members of the population are applied as samples which has been determined and the numbers of the respondent who has been determined are 70 respondents. The data is analyzed by using multiple regresions test and hypothesis test. Based on T test result, leadership has significant toward work performance, organization culture has not significant implementation toward work performance, employees satisfaction has significant impelemntation toward work performance. Keyword: Leadership, Organization Culture, Work Satisfaction, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus Pada PT Mitra Teleinformatika Perkasa). Data diperoleh melalui pembagian kuesioner kepada responden karyawan pada PT Mitra Teleinformatika Perkasa. Tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dimana semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel yang telah ditentukan dan responden yang ditetapkan sebanyak 70 responden. Data yang diperoleh tersebut selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji regresi berganda serta uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil uji T, kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja.
