Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of stress on academic procrastination in the students of the faculty of psychology who are complening their final project. The method in this study uses quantitative methods with a total of N = 107 students with Saturated sampling techniques. The stress meansuring device consists of 31 statement itmes with a reliability of 0.850 and the academic procrastination consists of 22 statement items with reliability of 0.837. the result of the analysis of simple linier regression test data is the value of sig. 0.000 ≤ 0.05 with a calculated T value of 16.825 greater than T table 1.982 with the Pearson Correlation of -0.497. So it can be concluded that there is a negative influence, which means when stress rises, the procrastination decreases. Keywords: Stress, Academic Procrastination, Final Project Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Stres Terhadap Prokrastinasi Akademik Pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Yang Sedang Menyelesaikan Tugas Akhir. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan total n = 107 mahasiswa dengan teknik Sampling Jenuh. Alat ukur stres terdiri dari 31 butir pernyataan dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,850 dan Alat ukur Prokrastinasi Akademik terdiri dari 22 butir pernyataan dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,837. Hasil dari analisa data uji regresi linier sederhana adalah nilai sig. sebesar 0,000 ≤ 0,05 dengan nilai T hitung 16,825 lebih besar dari T tabel 1.982 dengan pearson correlation -0,497. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh negatif antara Stres dengan Prokrastinasi Akademik. Yang artinya ketika stres naik, maka prokrastinasi nya menurun.
