Abstract

ABSTRAK Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) adalah salah satu metode kegiatan perawatan, yang bertujuan untuk menjaga dan menjaga kualitas peralatan atau mesin. OEE dalam kegiatan perawatan dapat mencakup pengukuran tingkat ketersediaan, tingkat kinerja, dan tingkat kualitas mesin untuk menghasilkan suatu produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja mesin menggunakan metode OEE (studi kasus: mesin Bending di PT XYZ Indonesia). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mesin Bending di PT XYZ Indonesia. Perusahaan ini bergerak dalam industri manufacturing yang produk utamanya untuk supply ke Toyota, Mitsubishi dan lain-lain. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan analisis nilai OEE. Hasil analisis selama periode delapan minggu dari nilai OEE diperoleh pada Bending, yaitu 47,3%. Nilai OEE dari mesin Bending masih di bawah standar kelas dunia OEE, yang lebih dari 84%. Berdasarkan analisis dari nilai enam kerugian besar yang dikenal sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai rendah OEE pada mesin Bending, ditemukan kerugian yang sangat signifikan pada kerugian pengaturan dan penyesuaian. Kemudian dengan diagram fishbone dan analisis 5W1H akan diketahiu akar masalah yang ada. Kemudian aka dilakukan improvement atau perbaikan sehingga meningkatkan nilai OEE dan mendapat nilai OEE 85,4%. Kata kunci: OEE, Six Big Losses, Diagram Sebab dan Akibat ABSTRACT The Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is one of the methods of maintenance activities, which aim to preserve and maintain the quality of the equipment or machinery. The OEE in maintenance activities may include measuring the level of availability, level of performance, and level of quality of the machines to produce a product. This research aims to analyze the performance of machine using OEE method (case study: the machine Bending in PT XYZ Indonesia). The research was carried out on Bending machine in the PT XYZ Indonesia. The company is manufacturing who main production is automotive part for supplies to Toyota, Mitsuishi Dahatsu, ect. The research method used analyze the value of OEE. Analysis result over a period of eight weeks of OEE values were obtained on a Bending,which was 47.3%. The OEE values of the Bending machine were still below the standard of OEE’s world class, which was over 85.4%. Based on analyzing of the value of six big losses that was known as the affecting factor of the low value of the OEE on the Bending machine, that was found the very significant losses on the set up and adjustment losses.. Then with a fishbone diagram and 5W1H analysis the root cause of the problem will be discovered. Then there will be an improvement to increase value of OEE until 85,4%.
