Abstract
This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between achievement motivation and work discipline on the use of finger print attendance on teacher performance in SMatur 1 Baturetno, Wonogiri Regency. This research was conducted on 71 people who were all used as research subjects. The sampling method used is incidental sampling which is included in the non-probability sampling technique, while the data collection method used is using a questionnaire. The results show that achievement motivation significantly influences performance with a hypothesis value of 0,000 (P <0.05). Work discipline on the use of fingerprints has a significant effect on teacher performance with a hypothesis value of 0.050 (P <0.05). So it can be concluded that achievement motivation and work discipline on the use of fingerprint attendance have a significant value on the performance of teachers in SMAN 1 Baturetno, Wonogiri Regency. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan motivasi berprestasi dan disiplin kerja pada penggunaan absensi finger print dengan kinerja guru di SMAN 1 Baturetno Kabupaten Wonogiri. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 71 orang yang seluruhnya dijadikan subjek penelitian. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah incidental sampling yang termasuk dalam teknik non-probability sampling, sedangkan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan nilai hipotesis 0,000 (P < 0,05). Disiplin kerja pada penggunaan absensi sidik jari (finger print) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai hipotesis 0,050 (P < 0,05). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi berprestasi dan disiplin kerja pada penggunaan absensi sidik jari (finger print) memiliki nilai yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMAN 1 Baturetno Kabupaten Wonogiri.
