Abstract

This research was conducted to obtain a more complete research on medium-term capacity planning of medical gas, medical gas at CV. BMG. This type of research is a type of research that is explanatory research with the preparation of research using quantitative descriptive research methods. The sampling technique uses the entire population from the results of company data and company secondary data related to this object obtained from sales data. In the finance section dealing with cost data. And the investment issued by the company related to the data required in this thesis research. Based on the NPV financial feasibility analysis. The results show that the Net Present Value (NPV) analysis shows that the investment is feasible because the NPV value is > 0.9%. Capacity Planning for increasing medical gas investment is considered feasible for the normal scenario, the scenario for a decrease in revenue by 20%, in the scenario for an increase in expenditure by 10%. And the scenario of a 10% decrease in revenue, but not feasible for the scenario of a 20% decrease in revenue combined with an increase of 10% in expenditure. Keywords: Medium Term capacity planning, NPV. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh penelitian yang lebih lengkap tentang perencanaan kapasitas jangka menengah gas medis, gas medis di CV. BMG. Tipe penelitian ini adalah tipe penelitian yang bersifat explanatory reasearch dengan penyusunan penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan seluruh populasi dari hasil data perusahaan dan data sekunder perusahaan yang berhubungan dengan objek ini didapat dari data penjualan. Di bagian keuangan yang berhubungan dengan data biaya. Dan investasi yang dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan yang berhubungan dengan data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian tesis ini. Berdasarkan analisa kelayakan financial NPV Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Analisa Net Present Value (NPV) menunjukkan investasi layak dilakukan karena nilai NPV > 0,9%. Capacity planning peningkatan investasi gas medis tergolong layak untuk skenario normal, skenario penurunan penerimaan sebesar 20%, skenario pengeluaran meningkat 10%. Dan skenario penurunan penerimaan sebesar 10%, namun tidak layak untuk skenario penurunan penerimaan sebesar 20% yang dikombinasikan dengan pengeluaran mengalami peningkatan sebesar 10%.
