Abstract

Human resources are the most important factor for every business sector. Without human resources, any business cannot run. The task of human resources is to manage the human element properly in order to obtain a workforce who is satisfied with their work. Humans are the most important element. Without the role of humans, even though the various required factors are available, the organization will not work. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of work motivation on turnover intention, the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention and work discipline on turnover intention at PT. Antaran Sukses Express. Researchers collected data through distributing questionnaires at PT. Antaran Sukses Express and implemented on 52 employees of PT. Antaran Sukses Express by using the Saturated Sampling method. For data processing, researchers tested statistics using the Partial Least Square program. The results showed that work motivation had no effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction had no effect on turnover intention, and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Work Discipline, and Turnover Intention Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor yang paling penting bagi setiap bidang usaha. Tanpa adanya sumber daya manusia maka usaha apapun tidak bisa berjalan. Tugas sumber daya manusia adalah mengelola unsur manusia dengan baik agar diperoleh tenaga kerja yang puas akan pekerjaannya. Manusia merupakan unsur yang paling penting. Tanpa peran manusia meskipun dalam berbagai faktor yang dibutuhkan telah tersedia, organisasi tidak akan berjalan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap turnover intention, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention dan disiplin kerja terhadap turnover intention pada PT. Antaran Sukses Express. Peneliti mengumpulkan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner pada PT. Antaran Sukses Express dan dilaksanakan pada 52 karyawan PT. Antaran Sukses Express dengan menggunakan metode Sampling Jenuh. Untuk pengolahan data peneliti menguji statistik menggunakan program Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.
