Abstract
This incentive was first implemented at PT Indo Porcelain specifically in the paste decoration process section. This incentive will be given to 42 decal decoration operators, skill matrix from 42 operators consisting of 25 people able to make decal very difficult, 8 people able to make difficult decal, and 9 people able to make easy decal. The temporal difficulty level category is divided into 3: very difficult decal (low output 1-20pcs / hour), difficult decal (medium output 25-50pcs / hour), and easy decal (high output> 50 pcs / hour). At the moment there are ± 90,000 pcs orders in March, 54% included in decal orders are very difficult. Therefore, to fulfill orders, companies must make improvements by conducting training for skill operators at a difficult and easy level and providing incentives for operators who can meet productivity targets. Productivity in January before there was an incentive of 94.3% and productivity in March received an incentive of 102.7%. The profit obtained by the company is Rp. 699,987 Keywords: paste decoration, incentive giving, training Pemberian Insentif ini pertama kali di implementasikan di PT Indo Porcelain khususnya di bagian proses decorasi tempel. Pemberian insentif ini akan diberikan untuk operator dekorasi tempel decal sebanyak 42 operator, skill matrix dari ke 42 operator terdiri dari 25 orang mampu mengerjakan decal sangat sulit, 8 orang mampu mengerjakan decal sulit, dan 9 orang mampu mengerjakan decal mudah. Untuk kategori tingkat kesulitan tempal decal terbagi menjadi 3 yaitu: decal sangat sulit (low output 1-20pcs/jam), decal sulit (medium output 25-50pcs/jam), dan decal mudah (high output >50pcs/jam). Saat ini order yang masuk sebesar ±90.000 pcs di bulan Maret, 54% termasuk ke dalam order decal sangat sulit. Oleh karena itu untuk memenuhi order tersebut perusahaan harus melakukan improvement dengan cara melakukan training untuk skill operator di level sulit dan mudah dan pemberian insentif bagi operator yang dapat memenuhi target produktivitas. Produktivitas pada bulan Januari sebelum adanya insetif sebesar 94.3% dan produktivitas pada bulan Maret sesudah adanya insentif sebesar 102.7%. Keuntungan yang diperoleh oleh perusahaan sebesar Rp699,987. Kata kunci: decorasi tempel, pemberian insentif, training
