Abstract

Magelang is a city of education, trade and a city with leading tourist destinations. Its location is close to the Borobudur temple, DI Yogyakarta city and Salatiga city, making Magelang a frequent stopover for traders and tourists. Magelang is also a beautiful city that is neatly arranged complete with culinary tours and shopping. Magelang Regency has a beautiful nature, typical of the countryside with cool air and fantastic natural scenery. This potential is the reason for the construction of Franchised Restaurants, Boutique Hotels, Offices and Residential Homes in the Magelang regency. Because many tourists visit Magelang during holidays but the need for offices and lodging for entrepreneurs and tourists is still lacking. Overall, the idea of a building concept is a green building that utilizes natural conditions such as utilizing the sun for natural lighting, wind for airing so as to minimize air conditioning, and materials around the construction site so that it still reflects local wisdom. Keywords: Green Building, franchise restaurant, boutique hotel, office, residence Magelang adalah kota pendidikan, perdagangan dan kota dengan destinasi wisata unggulan.. Lokasinya yang dekat dengan candi Borobudur, kota DI Yogyakarta dan kota Salatiga, menjadikan Magelang sering menjadi tempat persinggahan bagi para pedagang dan turis. Magelang juga merupakan kota cantik yang tertata rapi lengkap dengan wisata kuliner dan belanja. Kabupaten Magelang memiliki alam yang asri, khas pedesaan dengan udara yang sejuk dan pemandangan alam yang fantastis. Potensi ini yang menjadi alasan dibangunnya Resto Waralaba, Hotel Butik, Kantor dan Rumah Tinggal di wilayah kabupaten Magelang. Karena banyak wisatawan yang berkunjung ke magelang saat libur tetapi kebutuhan akan kantor dan penginapan untuk para wirausaha dan wisatawan masih kurang. Secara keseluruhan ide konsep bangunan yaitu green building yang memanfaatkan kondisi alam seperti memanfaatkan matahari utnuk pencahayaan alami, angin untuk pengudaraan sehingga meminimalkan AC, dan material sekitar lokasi pembangunan sehinga tetap mencerminkan kearifan local.
