Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan sistem telekomunikasi saat ini sangat berperan penting di dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Sistem telekomunikasi dapat membawa masyarakat menikmati berbagai macam teknologi komunikasi dan informasi. Sistem telekomuniaksi seluler sudah mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat. Perkembangan teknologi seluler mulai memasuki generasi ke empat yang disebut dengan sistem 4G LTE (Long Term Evolution).Hal ini sangat menuntut operator untuk menyediakan jaringan LTE dengan kualitas yang bagus. Teknologi LTE ini memungkinkan transfer data rate yang dikirimkan berkecepatan tinggi. Pengukuran kualitas jaringan LTE ini menggunakan metode drive test. Adapun area studi kasus yaitu pada site Ciputra Mall Pekanbaru yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya dengan pelanggan yang menggunakan operator XL. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan skenario optimasi yaitu dengan cara physical tuning antena (metode optimasi dimana optimasi dilakukan dengan mengubah atau mengatur perangkat fisik pada jaringan yang ada dilapangan. Performansi jaringan eksisting mengalami peningkatan setelah melakukan optimasi. Nilai SINR meningkat dari 59.12% menjadi 88.14, persebaran nilai RSRQ mengalami peningkatan dari 38.28% menjadi 56.16%. Parameter persebaran nilai rata-rata Throughput DL meningkat dari nilai 57.15% dBm menjadi 84.91%, Nilai Thorughput UP mengalami peningkatan dari 88.77% menjadi 95.73% dan Nilai RSRP mengalami peningkatan dari 95.73% menjadi 99.48%. Parameter tersebut telah memenuhi target KPI jaringan LTE operator XL pada area LTE Ciputra Mall Pekanbaru. Kata Kunci : Optimasi LTE, SINR, RSRQ, Throughput DL, Throughput UL dan RSRP. ABSTRACT The development of the telecommunications system today is very important in people's lives. Telecommunications systems can bring people to enjoy various communication and information technologies. The cellular telecommunications system has experienced very rapid development. The development of cellular technology began in the fourth generation called the 4G LTE (Long Term Evolution) system. This is very demanding for operators to provide LTE networks with good quality. This LTE technology enables data transfer rates that are sent at high speed. Measurement of the quality of this LTE network uses the drive test method. The case study area is on the Ciputra Mall Pekanbaru site which has been done previously with customers who use XL operators. In this study, an optimization scheme is used, namely the physical tuning antenna (optimization method where optimization is done by changing or using physical devices on the existing network in the field. Network performance has increased after optimization. SINR value increased from 59.12% to 88.14, the distribution of RSRQ value increased from 38.28% to 56.16%. The parameters of the distribution of the average value of DL Throughput increased from 57.15% dBm to 84.91%, Thorughput UP values increased from 88.77% to 95.73% and RSRP values increased from 95.73% to 99, 48%.
