Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work motivation, work stress and workload on work performance at the Manhattan Hotel Housekeeping Department. The object of this research is the employees of Manhattan Hotel in the Housekeeping Department as many as 74 respondents with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection method is done through a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses the Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results showed that work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Job stress has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Workload has a significant positive effect on employee work performance. Keyword: Work Motaviation, Job Stress, Workload, Work Achievement Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, stres kerja dan beban kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pada Manhattan Hotel Bagian Housekeeping Departemen. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan Manhattan Hotel Pada Bagian Housekeeping Departemen sebanyak 74 responden dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Metode analaisis data menggunakan Component atau Variance Based Structural Equation Model dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Stres kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Beban kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Stress Kerja, Beban Kerja, Prestasi Kerja
